Jason C. Haswell

Jason joined The Monteverde Group as Managing Director of the Wheeling office in 2010. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Bethany College with a degree in History, where he won the Chapman Prize for highest GPA within the major and was named the Senior Fellow.

Jason has 28 years’ experience in the investment and financial planning industry. Specifically, he has extensive experience in investment management, estate planning, and retirement planning. He works closely with estate planning attorneys and CPAs to develop strategies for the preservation and transfer of wealth for high-net-worth individuals. He also has extensive experience in business succession and legacy planning.

Jason has been previously involved with The United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley for a number of years as an active volunteer serving on various committees, Board of Directors, and helping with special events. He served as past President of the Board.  Additionally, he has served on the board of directors for Make a Wish for Northern West Virginia, Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley, and has served as past chairperson for the Scramble for Scouting annual golf event, which benefits the Boy Scouts of America. He is an active supporter of West University as a member of the Woodburn Circle Society, as well as The Mountaineer Athletic Club.

Jason holds a FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam), and Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor Law Exam) licenses with LPL Financial and is a Registered Representative and an Investment Advisor Representative with LPL Financial.

Jason resides in Wheeling, WV and has two children.
